When you use our Services to process personal data, you act as the data controller and KYCEER acts as the data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing personal data through our platform. The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality (including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by KYCEER and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. KYCEER does not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free. Our compliance tools are designed to assist your compliance efforts but do not constitute legal advice.
You agree to indemnify and hold KYCEER harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Either party may terminate the use of Services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KYCEER is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
